libcsync-dev software package provides library for user level bidirectional client only file synchronizer, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsync-dev
libcsync-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsync-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsync-dev *
You will get with libcsync-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
